We had a excellent experience working with Chatterton Rees who were the estate agents for the sellers of the home we just purchased. Jacob was incredibly helpful in answering questions and handling issues immediately. He made sure that our purchase went through quickly and smoothly and made communication with the sellers easy and efficient. I was very appreciative that I could (and did!) call him at any time throughout our purchase and he would address our concerns and get right back to me without having to be chased. We will most certainly use Chatterton Rees when we look to buy or sell our next home.
