Rachel has been part of the team since the company was incorporated in 2016. She began her career as an Executive Assistant, and as the business grew, she developed a strong interest in the new homes sector, drawn to the pace, the detail, and the client journey from day one.
Rachel is particularly passionate about working with new-home builders, from off-plan sales at the breaking-ground stage through to completed, move-in-ready properties. What she enjoys most is guiding buyers through the entire process, from the first conversation to the moment a home becomes real.
Outside of work, Rachel is a dedicated mother to her two children, Ella and Parker, and brings that same calm, thoughtful steadiness into every client relationship.
